The Issue

The purpose of this Agreement is to obtain a wide range of expert administrative technical support services for the CEC’s Energy Research and Development Division’s (ERDD) energy research programs, including but not limited to, the Electric Program Investment Charge (EPIC) program and the Public Interest Energy Research (PIER) Gas Research & Development (Gas R&D) program in support of ongoing research administered by the ERDD. The CAM will engage the Contractor’s expertise and seek responsive service and high-quality deliverables to meet critical due dates that support ongoing priority research activities. Technical assistance will be sought for activities across diverse energy research programs and initiatives. The Contractor will perform the tasks as specified in the SOW and Schedule of Deliverables under the direction of the CAM.
